Our home owners association board members will begin to establish a medium for compliance of the master protective and restrictive covenants in an effort to manage and to establish a sense of fairness and equality to all homeowners. The spirit of this campaign is to maintain and or increase the value, appearance, sense of community and quality of life that we all chose this community for in the first place. Hot Topics For Review and Enforcement: Sheds, Please contact the Architectural Review Committee prior to building or placing a shed on your property. The shed must match the building materials on your house. Some sheds are already under review for lack of compliance. Pets, Pets must be kept on the owners property and on leash while off the owners property this is the city ordinance and the board has requested that it be enforced in our community. The city animal control officer has also informed us that all animals within city limits are required to be registered with the city. Please contact the Morehead City Police Department for more information. Boats, Only one boat is allowed on your property and should be no more the 25 feet long. Clubhouse Use and Maintenance, Contact Linda Kern to reserve the clubhouse which now requires a $100.00 deposit at time of booking. This is a result of misuse and abuse of the clubhouse. Please review the clubhouse rules below. Key topics for the clubhouse are: 1) The member reserving the clubhouse must be present during the time reserved and be over the age of 21 years. 2) You must take all of your trash with you. We unfortunately don't have enough room for all the trash.
